Wendy Wilkins
Wendy Wilkins (born March 1, 1949) is the provost and executive vice president at New Mexico State University.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Wilkins selected as provost at NMSU )〕 She took the post in mid-July 2010 after resigning from the University of North Texas at the end of business day, July 1, 2010.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Wilkins resigns )〕 Prior to beginning her service as the University of North Texas Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs in 2007, Wilkins has served as Dean of the College of Arts and Letters at Michigan State University〔https://www.msu.edu/~wwilkins/〕 and as Associate Dean for Academic Personnel in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University. Her work in academic administration began with service as Associate Chair, and then Chair, of the Department of English at ASU.

Wilkins’ academic preparation, in Linguistics, includes a PhD from the University of California at Los Angeles, two post-doctoral appointments in Cognitive Science at the University of California at Irvine, and a pre-doctoral appointment in the Department of Linguistics and Philosophy at MIT.〔
